As far as I am able to judge the
Bill would be well received by the Community at the present
when
time some enthusiasm has been excited by the efforts made
to stimulate an interest in Military Training. The Bill is
assured of the support in Legislative Council of the
majority of un-official members and I ask your leave to
introduce it, and I should be obliged to learn your decision
by telegraph.
